Kwame A-Plus
Musician at the center of many controversies and Member of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame A Plus has urged ace investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas to continue exposing corruption in Ghana.
He opined that, in this era where “provide evidence” is the order of the day, it’s only through Anas’ unconventional investigative methods that can be used to expose corrupt officials who he described as confident tricksters.
He said “That’s the issue right there!!! The most corrupt ones are the same people who pretend to be fighting corruption and call for people to bring evidence for a reward. They know it’s very difficult if not impossible to get evidence. Even when there is an audio recording as evidence they say it’s doctored. They know you won’t find their names in the company that has the contract with the GFA or ministry or government agency because the companies are registered in names of family and friends. Nyantakyi lost his guard and has been exposed. You think he’s the only one? It happens almost everywhere; in private companies, state owned companies, government agencies and ministries.’’
The other day I said that, though HE Nana Addo has created jobs with the one village one dam initiative, it is possible one greedy government official will let his own people create 10 companies and award all the contracts to these companies pretending the contract have been awarded to 10 different person.
I disagree with those who say that Anas’ method is wrong. That is the only way to catch and expose these confident tricksters. Someone called me to tell me that we should indulge in some corrupt practice that leads to deaths at Korle Bu. When I spoke about it the same person asked that I provide evidence that we spoke. I will continue chasing them until they rather come and appologise or ask for a settlement. If they like herh they should sue me in the Hague…..Apuuu!!! You don’t want Anas to use this method? When people are this evil? What are we talking about?As for me, I have no doubt in my mind that HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is not and can never be corrupt. I know for a fact that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo is in charge and making Ghana work again. He does not rush to make emotional decisions. He’s an intelligent man who has aged with grace and a blessing to this beautiful country.But I also know very well that some of his people, I repeat! “Some” of his very close people are evil!!! Greedy!!! Sasrabonsam!!! Anyen!!! Kayirkayirbimbom!!! Okukuseku!!! Their names will keep coming up in every dirty deal. It’s a disgrace. People have realised who they are. Thank you Anas. God bless you. Catch all of them. I support you 100%”.
