*Goaso SDA urged Ghanaians to drink more water*

The Green View Ghana Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church over the weekend embark on distribution of free sackets water to passangers at Goaso lorry station and people trading on Goaso principal street to advocate the need for Ghanaians to drink more water.


The youth in church poured out on the street with placards read " water is life, Human body contained 70% of water,  drink more water,  Jesus is water for survival, water for digestion, water is power," in celebration of Global Youth Day of the SDA

UK feels obligated to ‘help’ Ghana change anti-gay laws - UK High Commisioner

The High Commissioner of the United Kingdom to Ghana, Iain Walker has said his government owes itself and the world a right of duty to ensure that laws that set out to ‘intentionally or unintentionally’ discriminate against homosexuality are changed or new favourable ones created, MyNewsGH.com can report.  The High Commissioner passed this comments on GhanaWeb’s 21 Minutes with KKB over the weekend as monitored by MyNewsGH.com.  Mr Walker’s comments were in reaction to a question from GhanaWeb’s KKB about what might have prompted Theresa May, UK Prime Minister to offer to help Ghana change its laws to be more favourable and accommodating to homosexuals when President Akufo Addo participated in a Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting hosted in London by the United Kingdom.  The UK High Commisioner said Theresa May’s comments were “within the context of LGBT rights”, adding that “it (homosexuals rights) is something that we the UK feel very strongly about”.  ...

Kwesi Nyantakyi sues Anas for defamation

Kwesi Nyantakyi, Ghana Football Association former president. Former Ghana Football Association(GFA) Boss Kwesi Nyantakyi has sued Anas Aremeyaw Anas and Tiger Eye PI for defamation. The embattled former GFA Boss is seeking a declaration that the visual images of him[Kwesi Nyantakyi] receiving money contained in defendants (Anas Aremeyaw Anas) investigative piece titled #No. 12 shown to the public on the 6th day of June 20 18 at the Accra International Conference Centre ( AICC) is defamatory.
